A regional leadership workshop was conducted for the Young Adults of the Eastern Region by Bro. Vernu Navaratnam (former UK Bhajan coordinator) and Bro. V. Manoharan (National Council President of Sri Lanka) who are both experienced management professionals. They covered two interactive sessions on stress management techniques and how to inspire oneself as well as other fellow Young Adults in the organisation.
