The workshop commenced at 8.30 a.m. with Omkar, Veda chanting and bhajans, invoking Bhagawan's divine presence and guidance. The programme was further enriched by a divine discourse of Bhagawan, highlighting the importance of media and technology as instruments for spreading His message and serving society.

The sessions covered several important aspects of media and information technology within the context of the Sri Sathya Sai International Organization, focusing on communication in the SSSIO style, event and activity reporting, essentials of archiving at Centre and Regional levels, content writing inspired by Bhagawan's teachings, the effective use of IT tools including Artificial Intelligence and shared drives, sound system management and photography for reporting purposes.

The programme was further enriched by two special addresses by Bro. Krishna Srinivasan, Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee of SSSIO, Chair of the Web Content Committee and Director of the Sri Sathya Sai World Foundation. Drawing from his experiences in Bhagawan's presence and his years of service in the Organization, he emphasised the importance of quality reporting, preserving valuable moments through meaningful narratives and photographs, and the responsible use of media and technology in spreading Bhagawan's message to the world. His practical insights and real-life Sai experiences deeply inspired the participants and reaffirmed the noble responsibility of media and IT as instruments in Bhagawan's divine mission.
