The second day of the Northern and North Central Region Young Adults Retreat commenced in the early hours of 4th July 2026 with the sacred practice of Nagarasankirtan, setting a spiritually uplifting tone for the day. Following breakfast, the morning programme began with the hoisting of the Prasanthi Flag, Veda chanting, devotional bhajans and Bhagawan's Divine Discourse.

The participants were then warmly welcomed at the inaugural session, after which they took part in a series of interactive workshops and activities designed to inspire spiritual growth and personal transformation. Sessions on Money and Time Management, Sai Within Me, and Mind Management encouraged the Young Adults to reflect on practical ways of integrating Bhagawan's teachings into their daily lives. The programme also included an engaging quiz that reinforced their understanding of Sai teachings and values.

The evening was filled with fellowship and joyful learning through traditional games, fostering unity and teamwork among the participants. The day concluded with a campfire gathering, where Young Adults came together in an atmosphere of joy, devotion and friendship before dinner, strengthening the bonds of the Sai family.

The programme provided a balanced blend of spirituality, self-development and fellowship, inspiring the Young Adults to lead purposeful lives guided by Bhagawan's teachings.

"The prosperity and well-being of the world depend on the conduct of the youth. Only when their conduct is good, the world can have an ideal future."
