Essential support was extended to the Up-country Children’s Home, Kahilagoda, Badulla, which was significantly affected by the recent floods. The floods caused damage to many household items used by the children at the home.
The Children’s Home currently cares for 33 children between the ages of 5 and 18 years, supported by one in-charge teacher and four helpers, serving a total of 38 individuals.
The service was carried out on 14th and 28th January 2026, during which kitchen utensils and bedding items, including bedsheets and pillows, were provided to assist the home in restoring basic living conditions and ensuring the comfort and well-being of the children.
This humble seva was offered with love and gratitude at the Divine Lotus Feet of Bhagawan, praying for protection, strength, and brighter days ahead for all the children and caregivers.
