With the loving grace of Bhagawan, a Parents Workshop was conducted on 1st September 2024 at Keppapulavu GTMS, with the participation of 15 parents. The Regional Coordinator of the North Central Region, the Chairpersons of Sri Sathya Sai Centres of Vattapalai and Thanneeroottu, and Young Adult volunteers also took part in the programme.
The workshop focused on the vital role of parents in moulding children with noble habits and good character, while emphasising the need to provide a supportive environment for their studies at home. The academic progress of the children was also discussed in detail with the parents, helping them better understand their responsibilities in guiding their children’s education.
Parents requested assistance in providing school bags and stationery for their children, and also shared that the bicycles used for attending tuition classes required repairs. It was lovingly agreed that five bicycles would be repaired through the Vattapalai Sri Sathya Sai Centre.
At the close of the workshop, the parents expressed heartfelt appreciation for the guidance received and the benefits gained through the programme. We humbly offer our gratitude at the Lotus Feet of Bhagawan for blessing this noble educational initiative.
