For more than 30 years, members of the Northern Region of the SSIO of Sri Lanka have conducted an annual blood drive as part of the SSIO's global blood donation program known as 'Liquid Love'.
The camp, held on the 16th of September this year, gave opportunities for members of the SSIO to express their love for their fellow man through the donation of blood, and to inspire members from neighbouring communities to join hands in this great seva.
35 donors were accepted at this blood donation drive, which was carried out with the assistance and resources provided by the Blood Bank of the Teaching Hospital, Jaffna.
