The Mahila Wing has been committed to initiate mother and child care seva in the country with the purpose of providing prenatal and postnatal care to women along with immunisation and medical care for infants.
The Mahila Wing of the Central Region identified a mother with triplets, born with low weights on February 2022. PreNan (a milk powder for low weight babies) is being provided monthly for the triplets until the babies begin to eat solid food.
Further, the Region is in the service of providing essential needs for the newborns to five pregnant women; all mother and child care items are given to mothers.
