The Moratuwa village was adopted under the Sathya Sai Village Integrated Program (SSVIP) in 2018. The Sathya Sai Center Colombo under the Western and Southern region had organized a follow up medical camp in Moratuwa on 06-09-2020. Despite the inclement weather, 48 patients had attended. Out of which significantly 22 patients were checked for blood glucose while 8 patients were referred to the Panadura base hospital for further care. 2 Doctors, 2 Pharmacists and 10 Young Adults had participated as volunteers.
